Welcome to the Autism Network of Florida! This site was created with the parent/caregiver in mind who needs not only support, but also information on providers of services in their communities for their family member who has autism.

Feel free to browse around. If you would like to submit posts to the forum board or go into the chatroom, you will need to create an account and then login. Just click on the login link at the top right of this page, a small window will pop up where you can either login or create a new account. You will receive an account activation email when you sign up. Be sure to click on that link in the email in order to activate your account.

If you know about a good resource link, please submit it once you are logged in. You will see submit a link on the User's Menu. You can also submit a provider for your area. You must be logged in order to submit this information. We also have a section for retail goods/foods that families who have loved ones with autism would be interested in. This is also part of the Resources section.

If you create an account on this site in order to submit links or other information that is not directly related to helping the autism community in Florida, your account will be deleted and your IP Address banned from this site. Absolutley no inappropriate content will be tolerated on this web site including inappropriate provider submissions, link submisstions, forum posts, and chatroom posts.

As the administrator, I check the users who have created accounts at this web site for valid email addresses. If any look suspicious, and either are not in this country or have unusual names either in the email address or domains used for email, they are deleted immediately. I am assuming that those who sign up with bogus emails are not becoming members in the best interest of the autism community.
